FLOUR

If you buy flour that says nothing on it just flour is it ok? whats the difference with all purpose flour? this flour you can make bread, muffins etc. also? whats the difference?

  • If you don't do a lot of baking all purpose will get the job done. But buying the different flours bread, cake will yield better results.

  • If it says nothing, it is all-purpose flour. I wouldn't bake bread with it (I use bread flour, more gluten) but muffins should be fine.
