Is anyone watching Dr.Oz and the 4hr. to the perfect body?

They said you can use Ice Therapy, they said put ice packs on your upper back for 30 mins, then go to a cold shower then a ice bath up to waist for 10 mins 3 x's a week.

The next thing is 30 grams of protein within 30 mins of waking up ( could be 5 egss).

The 3rd one is pig out once a week. Drink grapefruit juice before you bindge then do squats for 60 to 120 seconds after.

What do you think about this? Would you give it a try?

  • This sounds like suffering to me. I'm not an evil or wrong person filled with self-loathing. I wouldn't do it to someone I didn't like, it sounds like torture. So I certainly wouldn't do it to me.

  • the guy who wrote a book on these tried it on his self. He said athletes do the ice thing and doctor Oz said it will work. These were the few dr.Oz was ok with he has others in his book. 4 hours to a perfect body.

I dont think I would try these just wanted to see what others thought
