My MIL's PA told her she should look into this.
Some background on MIL ... she is 73 and very disabled. Bed-bound disabled. No exercise what so ever. She sleeps most of the time. She can barely get up and move to the potty chair right beside the bed. She also has a slew of health conditions.
I have been trying to fix healthy meals but there are so many things that she can't have because of reactions with medications, such as her blood thinner, which cuts out/down a lot of foods that have Vitamin K (some of her favorites).
Anyway ... anyone out there know anything about this diet? I glanced over the website and it sounds like a crock to me. Just looking for advice so all comments are welcome.
