  • No, I haven't. As a matter of fact, my store manager announced over the intercom for someone to move their BMW out of the handicapp stall or it was going to be ticketed and towed. The person was NOT handicapped, had no plates or hang tag...never seen someone move so fast.

  • On accident. I parked on a block where the whole block was handicapped parking, which I didn't realize cuz I've never heard of such a thing. I didn't even notice the sign that was halfway up the block. It resulted in a $200 ticket.

  • Not deliberately. I did come out of a store once and realized the sign was gone, the paint on the pavement was faded, and I was in the handicapped park. Luckily, I don't think anyone had needed it while I was there. I felt really weird about it.

  • Yes, but only as long as it took to unload or load my 80-year old grandmother and her walker out of my car in the pouring rain to get her into the oral surgeon's office.
