How can I help him heal?

My husband fo 13 yrs just found out about a couple of affairs I had a few years ago. He wants to move past this, stay together, and hopefully come out stronger than we were before. Now how do I help him heal? I feel terrible about my actions and how much I hurt him.

  • I would suggest counsiling. He may ot be able to correctly verbalize how he feels and it can help you both work thru it.

  • I wouldn't do anything. He has to heal on his own.

  • I think all you can do is prove that those behaviors are in the past, let him know you regret your actions and that you're dedicated to him and your marriage. That would help me if my dh cheated on me and we were working it out.
