Anybody ever try pilates?

If so, is it a good form of exercise?

  • I love pilates. There are some great pilates beginners dvd's out there to try! Pilates really is an excellent way to develop core strength and help tone the rest of the body.

  • Yes, and it was boring..same with yoga. I like working out with cardio.

  • YES!! I LOVE pilates!

    It will DEFINATELY give you a good work out. You WILL be sore the day after your first time because it is a GREAT work out!!

  • I had a Yogalaties video a few years ago and it was awesome and worked wonders for me I could see a difference in just a couple weeks
