Can Yoga help you loose weight or is Yoga more for maintaining yourself?

  • Yoga is soooo much harder than it looks. Yes, you can definitely lose weight with yoga. And it can also help youmaintain after you reach your goal weight. I think it's fun and super relaxing......cuz when your done, your pooped!!! :)

  • oh yes! yoga provides a wonderful cardio work out in a way you would never expect! I have defiantly lost weight from it!
