  • We get ALOT back bc my husband claims no dependents- BUT we are hoping to put $5k away this year & $5k away next year to use a down payment on a bigger house. Everything over $5k will be used to pay down credit cards. None for fun! BOO.

  • Honestly, I'm just hoping we get a refund. Usually it's a wash between state and federal.

  • Not spent but already accounted for. I'll give a certain amount to my Mom b/c she watches my child while I work, I'll put some in savings. And spend a little on clothes for my daughter and her a new bed.

  • expecting at least 7k and yeah it's pre-spent, lol. A vacation, paying off our vehicle, pre-paying next years private school tuition for a 1st grader and kindergartner and whatever is left will be stocking up on clothes, replacing a few things, and buying a couple gift cards to walmart, target, and so on. there wont be ANYTHING left, we have plans for it all.

  • We're paying off debt with ours.

  • Haven't even done my taxes yet. But, I will be putting a down payment on my sons braces, hopefully. I need new clothes and so does he. We need kitchen items too. Ugh, I am sure much won't be left.

  • Thank you how reb! :) I hate tax time.

  • If we get anything back it will go to paying off debt. This past year has been bad for medical, even with decent insurance.

  • Well it's spent on paper. And 90% of it is going into savings... but I still consider it spent. If it's in savings, it's not going to be touched.

  • Well technically ours is spent. We are sending every last penny towards the principal on our mortgage.
