Healthy Foods...

What is your favorite food to munch on when you feel like a snack but want to stick with your healthy eating plan? I normally eat a salad or munch on cucumbers.

  • Frozen grapes ... not so great if you have sensitive, but I love them so I suffer. =)

  • When I want the crunch, I go with cucumbers, celery or carrots. If I want sweet, I go with pineapple, oranges, apples or frozen green grapes.
