What vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes, and/or herbs do you take everyday and/or occasionally?

How have they helped you?
I used to take vitamins everyday but I've gotten away from it unfortunately. But I still often take a multi-vitamin, vitamin B complex, kelp drops, and L-Lysine all mostly for energy and immune health. I alternate them. But soon I'm going to start taking Calcium Citrate with vitamin D and Magnesium with Chelated Zinc for both bone and muscle health. Because I'm going to also try to start exercising more often. Now I know muscles also need Potassium but I always have Bananas in my house and eat them pretty often, so I think I'm probably good on that one. But I've also been thinking about taking Papaya Enzyme again which helps in breaking down food and soothes the stomach while making certain foods more agreeable to your body. Actually, I think I've been needing that lately. I'll have to get some.
So, what do you take and why?

I just take a multivitamin, and only because it's what I think I should do. lol
