Naughty, naughty! Been on Cafe Mom during work time. How do I erase history on the PC? (for good)

  • a normal history delete will work for the most part. Unless they have reason to dig deep and want to put in that effort and expense, you should be fine simply deleting history. Most common laymen wouldn't know what do beyond looking at history.

  • Whe you delete anything, if you want it as gone as you can get it, use shift+delete instead of just delete - and see if you have a private broswer option so that it's not stored in your history next time.

  • Yes, but WHERE is the history thing. I can't find it and I'm a complete idiot with computers.

  • You can download glary utilities and itll wipe out all history. It has a tracks eraser function and erases ALL tracks of what you have done online.

  • If you're in Internet Explorer, you'll find the history under the View drop down menu then click explorer bar. Some older versions also have a button you can press at the top of the browser that says history.
