  • Sleep, lol....

    Get away from the family and everyone, watch a good movie, do my nails, snack....... ummm ummm good and get a good nights rest.....

    Sometimes just me time is enough.

  • Work out, and then after, I have a massage chair - best combination birthday/valentines/new mommy present my DH ever gave me (also the only one, but that's besides the point)

  • Reduce it?

    I try to run, but then i never have the time.
    I blast my music but then I can't hear what the kids are getting into.
    I try meditating, but when I hear, "MoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooM" Meditation--DONE!
    I try to sleep but then I can't because I can;t shut off my brain and all the things I neglected or forgot for the day.

    One day I'll have less stress, but I dont think its anytime soon.
