Can you take a nap??

While your dieting and working out?? Trying to lose weight.....

  • It can help your body recharge. It's best to get eight full hours in one sleep, but clearly we all can't manage that with our little ones. Therefore, taking a 20-30 minute nap in the daytime can help us recharge our body.

  • I have heard that getting more sleep is actually healthy and taking a nap is perfectly fine

  • I have a 9 month old which still nurses at night,, so getting 8 hours is so hard to do....

  • Adequate rest is essential, so if you aren't getting it at night, by all means take a nap.

  • i think it is ok to do so, lol. ain't sleep supposed to make you burn calories? just don't eat before napping, you will loose the point of loosing.
