Do you take the kids to the Doctor every year for wellness visits?

  • Yep, and it makes it nice because if you have gone for a check up, our docs office will sign sports forms etc without having to drag them in there yet again.

  • Yes, but only because our insurance requires it. If they aren't sick I see no reason for it, but I won't risk loosing the insurance (just in case) over something so small as a yearly apt.

  • No. In fact, there was, by the end of their childhoods, gaps of up to 5 years.

    It was perfectly obvious to me that my children were healthy and growing well. I own a scale. What else did they need a checkup for?

  • Yes we do. Wellness visits are to make sure they are up on immunities as well as progressing normally and not having problems they shouldn't.
