Try to eat more fruits and veggies or try to fill up on salad before you eat whatever. I was really hungry and craving burritos from the local mexican restaurant when i was pregnant so i made a deal with myself that for every cake or sweets i ate i had some carrots or salad first. if i wanted to eat heavy food i had some fruit first or something healthy and i didn't eat so much of the bad stuff. all in all i gained about 30 lbs. and gave birth to a 10lb. baby boy and he was healthy as can be so i say if you walk regularly eat whatever ur pregnant.
