Look lady, I don't want to talk to you right now!

Why is it that as soon as you sit down in a bathroom (mainly work), that someone has followed you in and wants to have a conversation? They couldn't wait until you were done?

I am not against potty room convo, but really, I didn't walk in talking to you so why are you following me in here?

I really wanted to say "I would love to talk to you but right now I'm trying to put in a tampon and whatever you have to say just isn't on the top of my list of things to think about right now!"

  • Tell her, "HOLD THAT THOUGHT I'M CHANGING MY TAMPON!" or the ever so popular, "THESE DAMN TAMPONS JUST DON'T SOAK UP ALL THE BLOOD! RATS MY UNDIES ARE STAINED!"

  • Ha ha ha! I am with Linda. Start making rude noises, she will leave.

Or you could print this on a magnetic sheet and post it on the door of the stall...

  • Never had that happen, but my last job we shared a building with a marriage counselor who used to continue talking on her headset even while she was in the common area women's room.

Always made me want to make rude noises and ask her out loud for toilet paper. I mean, what does it say about what you think of your clients' marriage if you're in using the TOILET when you talk to them???
