  • I do a mixture of both on weight watchers. Mainly food portions and types of food. I sit all day at my desk then take care of the kids at night so personal excersize time is hard to come by.

  • I mixture of both are the only thing that work for me. When I was younger, I could just cut back on what I would eat and would drop right away but now I have to work at it and very hard.

  • mix of both. I make sure I stay active and workout. I each balanced portions and watch the portion size. I lost 25lbs last year doing that and yoga, light weight training and cardio. working out 5x a week min. And some of the days it would be just a 20 min yoga session.
