  • Those isles where you can scoop out and pay per the pouns in most grocery stores... they have the lists of what is in each kind of food... beans, soy, legiments (however they are spelled), and so forth have protien

  • Marchar2002 - vegans do not eat any animal products.

    First, more Americans eat WAY too much protein.
    Protein is found in so many foods!! Legumes, whole grains and quinoa are the primary proteins at our (not quite vegan) house.
