Anyone a "fruitatarian" ???

There is a girl at work, who is what she calls a "Fruitatarian" She only eats fruit. SHe seems to be well educated, and has answered all my questions with answers that seem to make sence. But I still think she is nuts lol Anyone know of anyone like this?

  • there is a reason why fruit is important but there is also a reason you shouldn't have more that 4 servings a day, lots of sugar. vegetables are so important and are the only food you can have an unlimited amount of. a cucumber has 3 calories, an apple has 94....do the math....she is missing so much from her diet

  • It doesn't seem a balanced diet. Protein? Vit K? leafy vegetables and legumes provide a lot.

  • Well, I prefer fruit to vegies but I think we all do!

    My answer would be no. I don't think I could live on just fruit!

  • nope to marchar...i LOVE vegetables. absolutely love them. i like fruit a lot too but just plain raw veggies i absolutely love
