Dental Insurance Table of Allowance

I am looking for a current dental insurance table of allowance.
As I understand it this is what the dental insurance companies pay or allow for procedures.
I just received treatment plans for my husband and myself and they are through the roof.
If you know where I can obtain one let me know.
Thank you,

  • They are different for every insurance company, you know? United Healthcare has theirs on their website I believe.

  • They're also different by geographic area. I would look at a website selling independent insurance and see if you can pull up their plans.

Also, call the dentists office and see if they'll lower their fees. Insurance companies negotiate their fees.

  • Check with your human resources department ... they should have access to the Table of Allowance.
