When you have a cold/sore throat, what is your gargle solution of choice?

Sometimes I use mouthwash, sometimes warm salt water. My sister uses lemon juice.

                                                          What works for you?

  • salt water, followed by some fresh lemon & honey mixed together. I've gotten rid of strep doing that throughout the day, it works for any soar throat.
