  • Insomnia. For a week before my cycle, I cannot sleep through the night. I wake up in the middle of the night, and it takes me about 2 hours to fall back asleep. Or I wake up really early and never get back to sleep. For example, I've been up since 3:45 this morning *groan*
    I'm exhausted.
