How are you doing with your diet & fitness New Year's Resolutions?

  • I am actually sticking with it pretty well. I want to lose 4 lbs by the end of the month and I don't think that it is going to happen, but I may be able to hit 3.

  • I am sticking to my fitness but I didn't really do a diet. I truly want to run a 1/2 marathon by the end of this year and I am working hard on getting to it.

  • Iam sticking to the workout but i dont diet all i did was just less salt and no pop and soda no koolaide
