  • I own several, probably 6-8. But I use the internet to find most recipes.

  • I have 5; Fannie Farmer, Julia Child's 1 & 2, Michal Symon, and the 2nd Alton Brown one. I like reading them :) I like to make my own recipes from the techniques/ideas I get from those chefs, I get really inspired.

  • Bahahaha...I can see about 30 from where I'm sitting. Those don't count the ones on the shelves behind me and the ones in the kitchen. Do I use them all? No. But I luuuuuuuuuurrrrve them. :) I'm also a Food Network Magazine junkie.

  • 7 or 8, half of them are ones that were being sold as a fund raiser for different organizations. I never use them anymore. I get my recipes off the internet.
