  • I wouldn't leave it out for more than an hour, just like formula.

  • Up to ten hours, actually. Cool, huh? Breastmilk has antimicrobial properties. You cannot treat it anything like formula.

    If it's been cooled and warmed, THEN one hour.

  • I've heard 8 hours, but if Gdiamante says up to 10, I'll take her word on it. She knows her stuff. Freshly pumped milk can stay at room temp for that period of time. As G's already mentioned, if it's been frozen/thawed or put in fridge and then taken out, no longer then an hour.
