  • It depends on the exercise. I had a c-section. Sitting up is exercise after a c-section. Mild crunches are recommended in your hospital bed so standing isn't such a shock. As a general guide, if it hurts stop. If is increases your bleeding stop. Should you get on the trendmill and go for 30 minutes? NO. Can you carry your baby from room to room and unload groceries? Probably. Yes, welcome to the world of motherhood, unloading groceries is now excersize!
