What do you keep your heat temp at?

  • between 70-72. i used to keep it at 74 and it killed my bill.

  • about 60-62 during the day.. and about 70 at night.. the bedrooms stay a few degreese colder and the boys always kick of blankets then wake up yelling they are cold...

    we just got a house and plan to keep the heat at 66.

  • 58. We heat with propane, AND we live in a 120 year old drafty house. No sense in pumping heat/money out the cracks, so we just wear layers and long johns if we're feeling cold. The year before we set the temperature at 58, we had heating bills of more than $2500 for the winter. Now they're half that.
