  • I like to take a nice hot bath or just lay down and have piece and quiet. I have high anxiety as it is and when im stressed noise really drives me up the its a big help to just lay in the bath quietly for awhile or chill out on the couch...

  • A walk on the beach, or a glass of wine with my husband on our roof top patio, it's peaceful to sit up there and look at the city lights.
