  • I am on my feet all day at work but I also jog on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On the other days, I take a walk with my daughter in the neighborhood.

  • chasing after three little ones and housework. nothing vigorous, but i try to eat healthy. we go outside everyday and run around, too.

  • I try to get in Cardio 5 days a week with focus on my core, upper and lower sections each once a week. Sometimes my core gets extra b/c that is where I need the most work. I also chase after a 2 yo all day and do my housework that I try to turn into extra exercise.

  • I do Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds videos either 3, 4 or 5 miles everyday (I aim for 24-25 miles a week)....i've also recently started adding one of the workouts from the DVD that came with the Air Climber from Brenda Dygraf (www.theairclimber)
