  • I always drink coffee. I don't put anything in it, so there are no calories.

  • You can have it, just make sure you're using things like splenda, which is a no calorie sweetner and counting your calories of your creamer. I have it every day.

  • If a diet excludes my coffee, it's not for me. Gotta have it...with a splash of whole milk. :-)

  • Drink it black and it is a YES, trick yourself by putting it into a travel mug. enjoy.

  • i'm trying to switch to coffee instead of my mt dew for my caffeine because there like 2 calories in a cup of black coffee. But in order to force myself to drink it, i have to load it up with sugar and cream, so it's not working for me, lol.

  • Coffee is okay on a diet as long as you watch what you put in it. If you drink it black, no worries at all.

  • as long as you don't overload it with sugar and whipped cream!
