  • I have a pork loin in the crockpot with sauerkraut, onions and apples. We'll have that with some roasted broccoli.

  • Broccoli, cheese and chicken casserole to be served over brown rice with a tossed green salad. I can't wait. It's a low cal/low fat version and it will feel like I'm splurging when I'm not! Woo Hoo!!
