What are some could excercises to help back pain?

  • i would suggest just doing stretches to start with... and if you work your abs it will help your back as well...

  • It depends on what kind of back pain you have. Generally speaking, with agreement from your doctor, Pilates and/or Yoga can be very helpful. However, you need to find the problem before you can treat it.

  • I have no idea but I just asked my hubs and he said he could not do any of those. He has had three back surgeries and his back always hurts too. Good luck, I hope you find something that you are able to do to help you.
