  • if change is what ur looking for, both go hand in to maintain health & not put more pounds on, & excercise to lose some weight thats already there, & keep it toned

  • Both contribute. Me, I'd rather change diet and hope for the best, but I know I need to exercise to get the better results.

  • I want to say diet because excercise is something that might not seem neccessary . We all know that we must eat to survive.
