Do you serve red beans and rice as a complete meal? Plus veggies...

Well... with veggies and or fruit on the side? Or do you serve it with meat too?

  • Generally we put pork or sausage into our beans and rice, but often we just eat them in tortillas for a complete meal. (But we do black beans).

  • When we do red beans and rice it is with andouille sausage and green beans on the side.
