ok, so i am throwing myself a birthday party friday. and i want to have some healthy snacks/meals that my guest will enjoy. my loving dh has offered to "cater" the event himself. in other words, he's cooking for us. so i need some ideas.... its a spa party btw. dh was gonna make cucumber sandwiches, but none of the guests like cucumbers (those wierdos)... any and all suggestions are appriecated...
and the alternative to cake will be a fruit pizza. cookie dough, cream cheese (mixed with just a bit of sugar) and topped off w/ several diff fruits. i kno its not extremely healthy, but its better than just cake.
