Any way to produce more breastmilk ?

im pumping and i notice only in the morning do i have a reasonable amount and in the afternoon and night its barely enough

  • Pump more often to try to increase supply.

  • Keep pumping as often as you can to increase the amount. It tricks the body making it think it must produce more to feed the baby. Try to do it every hour or two. Even if it isn't much that comes out at first it will increase.

  • If at all possible nurse, alot. pumping does not stimulate the nipple like a baby nursing will.
    Make sure you are drinking a lot of water,

    I also heard oatmeal can help...

  • Let ur baby nurse when ever he/she wants to stimulate ur milk make sure ur drinking lots of water and eatting is important they also have nautral teas that help promote breastmilk production http://www.earthmamaangelbaby.com/breastfeeding-support/milkmaid-tea.html
