  • Common sense. Lots of water, vitamins, adequate sleep, sunscreen, healthy food, not smoking or drinking and not slathering my face with cancer-causing chemicals(most makeups).

  • no daily make-up (only wear it on special occasions)
    Clean, exfoliate, apply cream
drink water, coffee, tea, juice, milk rarely drink soda
eat fruits and veggies, lean protein, fresh food
    Vitamins and Sleep
All this for natural beauty (my preference)
I'm thinking of Dolly Parton now. She does a whole lot more than most to keep up her very made up appearance. I respect her for her dedication to looking good. I prefer a natural beauty though myself, and so does my husband - lucky for me.

  • Leave conditioner in you hair throughout the night and rinse out during your next shower. It will leave your hair super soft.
