Is there any thing else to aid in sleep sooner?

I'm having difficulty relaxing/unwinding before bed. It would be nice to fall asleep shortly, instead of feeling restless. It might have to do with my anxiety disorder, but it's only been lately I can't sleep quickly like before. Usually my night routine consists of drinking hot chamomile tea and taking a warm bath. However the tea idea and hot bath might not always be a option for me. Is there anything you recommend for me?

  • I take tylenol pm. It just makes you drowsy though.

  • Melatonin is an herbal supplement that is safe to use. I use it on occasion when I am having a hard time getting my brain to shut down.

  • Haveyou tried meletonin? use it for my kids because it is natural and no side effects. NOn addictive so its safe. Natural chemical your brain produces to induce sleep once dark hits.
