  • My dad has a pellet stove. it always heats up good and makes very little ash. Before he got that we had a wood burning stove. Getting the wood and stacking it and bringing it in the house really sucks. Not a good time. Pellets come in a bag and you pour them in a hole. They finally got a dishwasher when I moved out as well....things got alot easier when I left that house.

  • ~*Wood Burning*~... I don't throw away personal info., I burn it in the fire place! Hahaha... my favorite are those potbelly stoves! plus they create more actual heat

  • We had a wood burning fireplace in the house that I grew up in. I loved the smell when we would burn pinecones and needles. I would love to have a wood burning fireplace.

  • I like our coal stove which is self feeding. Makes our house look like a cute cottage. cheaper than buying fuel oil.
