What is your average mile time?

I walk... I'm not ready to run yet, I'm scared all my fat will hit me in the face if I do run! LOL but I can walk 2.8 miles in 55 minutes, but I don't know what my mile time is.

  • I just started getting back into walking, so I'm around a 14 minute mile. I'll let you know my mile time the first time I can jog a mile without stopping! :)

  • About 11 min/miles, but this is sustained for up to 13.5 miles- I do not have the ability to increase speed- I have reactive airway disease (similar to asthma), so the "breathing" is everything. If I increase my speed, I start coughing, have SOB-
