  • yes and while i was doing good with going down right now I am up some. I have been very stressed because my DD is sick and for me instead of not eating I turn to food when I am stressed. I really need to go back to the gym to get ride of stress instead of food.

    Good Luck!

  • Yes, I am on an upward swing right now unfortunately after losing 20 pounds, I'm back up about 10. :( I have to get back to the exercise and keep the junk out of the house - so hard to be consistent.
