  • A nice house.  I'd rather drive a clunker!

  • Oh wow. I guess the latter..but thankfully I have both.

  • A nice house. I can fix a roughed up car a heck of a lot cheaper than a house.

  • A nice house, considering I only have a car LOL!

  • Nice house & nice car. To me it is all you can afford and how you care for it. So both are possible. My car is a '97 mini van. Our home was built in '86.

  • How about a half decent both? I wouldn't want to live in a dump, but I have to have a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work, to pay for the house AND the car. So I would give up a nicer home for a reliable vehicle, but if I had the extra money to buy a nicer house or car, I would go for a nicer house.

  • A would choose the nice house. We have a cute little house now. And quite an ok car. If I would change this I would get a bigger house but still a cute one:) I love our house. But when our little one will arrive than we will need a bigger one.
