  • Absolutely. The mind, the body, and the spirit are all connected, and trying to treat one without taking the other two into account can be ineffective. A positive outlook has been shown to have a beneficial effect on medical prognosis.

    (My mom's living proof. 35 year she has been cancer free after a Stage 4 cervical cancer diagnosis and 2 months to live. Yes, I know her outcome is extremely rare, but she refused to give in and give up!)

  • sometimes an illness can be a roll of the dice
    but i do know that stress in life will come out in some form on your body
    yes, attitude can hurt or help health, but even the most clear and pure soul can have an unhealthy body

  • Definitely, and it also works the other way around. I'm generally a positive person, but I have been sick almost nonstop since September, and it's making me feel bitchy and angry. I am sick of feeling horrible!
