  • Lemon anything. Just the scent of a lemon will ease it.

  • I threw up every single day, most days more than once for the first 18 weeks or so with this pregnancy. I had a few weeks off and now it's starting again (26 weeks). Yes, it sucks...and I'm actually puking, not just feeling nauseated. BUT, I had three miscarriages before this baby so I try not to complain. I remember WISHING for nausea so I'd know my baby was ok but then losing those babies. Try to stay positive.

Lemon drops, apples, crackers, tums and if all else fails, ask your doc of a prescription for Zofran. =) Congrats!
