  • apple juice and pb and j for lunch.. for breakfast, good old eggs and bacon. My son's loved bacon since he had teeth, but I can't get him to eat eggs. He'll do toast with butter any day tho. GL!

  • Oatmeal, toast & scrambled eggs, you can make waffles/french toast/pancakes without milk, omelets, cream of wheat.
Soups (pretty much anything not-creamy), sandwiches or wraps without cheese, the possibilities are endless, there are so many dairy-free things or things that you can easily substitute the dairy with a non-dairy like item.

  • Almond milk tastes really good and can be used instead of milk for cereal and oatmeal
