  • Toast is NOT a good idea for egg free. There are eggs is almost every store bought bread unless you are making it yourself or buying speciality bread. My son is allergic to eggs, and I have to make is own special bread at home, Some TRUE egg free ideas are oatmeal with fruit, Tortilla's with peanut butter and Jelly, Sausage, bacon, cereal, and yogurt, I highly recomend buying the E-nergy Egg Replacer. I bake a lot at home. It will allow you to SAFELY make Pancakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bread, and MANY desserts like cake, cookies, brownies, and pie crust.

  • I also see other people are posting noodles, spaghetti and mac and cheese. you have to check your food lables, because a LOT of these are egg noodles. If you are avoiding eggs because of an allergy like I am, then I can help you a lot. Just ask.

  • i'm not entirely sure about the toast. i buy and eat whole wheat bread and i have an egg intolerance that i developed after having my daughter...which SUCKS cause i love eggs. anyway i can't even eat store bought cookies cause the eggs make me sick, but not whole wheat bread. i can eat as much of that as i want so i'm pretty sure you'll be fine
