  • my kids have it pretty bad and use a script called PROTOPIC

  • alot of it in kids is caused by food alergies so before going on a bunch of meds try taking them to the doc and testing them for allergies. my cousin if allegic to wheat and when she eats it her eczema gets bad

  • Keeping the air moist
    Moisturize ALOT. I use Vaseline on my son

  • No dairy
    Keep baths short and infrequent
    Put coconut oil on the afflicted areas
