should people "of the law" get harsher punishments for their crimes ?credit card

  • That's tough. There are times where they do give out harsher sentences, when they see fit. And, this is a judge we are talking about. Did the he, or she, think they walked on water? And wouldn't get caught? Or, did they get into so much trouble, and was so freaked out, that they stole on sheer emotion of trying to get out of debt? Not that a judge would really take that into consideration for a regular citizen or anything. But, ya know.
    Def. no more being a judge. I do think a harsher sentence. They are/were a judge. They are held to a higher standard.

    and some were INNOCENT


    He got 4 years and many of his VICTIMS got MORE THAN THAT.....

  • I think they should have their licence to do their job revoked cause they are not fit anymore to do it. Other than that, no I think everyone should get the same punishment for the same crime, regardless of their profession.

  • Well, they will kick him off the bench and disbar him and fine him ~ I am sure he will be punished severely.
