Other uses for Miso?

I am trying to add more fermented soy to our diets, and looking for new ways (besides soup) to use miso. Please share your (meatless) recipes, and let me know what type of miso you use.

  • I was going to suggest it as a marinate...not just for meat, but the idea to marinate the food. I tried it with egg and rice and it was pretty decent. It was the red one though.
