Are you currently dieting?

If so, what kind of diet are you doing? If not, please bump! Thank you. =]

I'm not currently on any specific diet..just eating less, eating healthier, and drinking more water.

  • My mom and I started Weight Watchers without actually paying for the membership. It's ok for me because eating less doesn't really bother me because I'm busy most of the day to think about it.

  • Just trying to eat smaller portions, and no snacking after dinner. So far, it's helping. I'm losing about 1/2 lb a week.

  • I am currently on the eat more for your babies diet which I find hard to do. I am able to eat but 2500 calories seem hard to do when you really must.

  • Yes. I am eating less and exercising more. I just got done working out on the elliptical and I feel great!

  • i just started the px90 work out and it is very intense and im am enrolling in a gym to help me i also have started to count my calories i take in to help me eat better
